Return Policy

Most Deltran product support issues can be resolved remotely without sending the unit in for evaluation or service. Before initiating a return please contact Deltran technical support at support@deltran-global.com or (877) 456-7901 for troubleshooting and diagnostics.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund of the purchase price of the product (shipping charges are non-refundable) or exchange the product for another one. You can return or exchange a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

Please contact us at returns@deltran-global.com to approve a return. We reserve the right to deny refund to sender without prior return approval.

To return your product for refund, you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $49.95, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Any attempt to return an item to Deltran that was not purchased through Hyperion-Global.com will render our return policy void. If you have purchased a Hyperion® product from another seller, please see that seller’s return policy for more information.
